Quite easy to understand by reading I'd say. But just by listening it in a movie or an audio theatre, I cannot tell. I should try it !

"It's no time" n'est effectivement pas correct (il faudrait dire "it's not time") mais c'est couramment employé.
Par exemple, Cat Stevens dans Father and son :
It's no time to make a change
just relax, take it easy
You're still young
that's your fault
There's so much you have to know

En fait c'était tout con: What if she turns ; présent simple, 3eme personne du singulier

Là dessus, c'est évidemment discutable, le "shall we" est du regisre soutenu et donc en fort contraste avec le reste du dialogue. D'autant plus qu'en substance, "shall" est plus souvent employé dans le sens d'une demande de permission que comme auxiliaire indiquant le futur (Shall I open the window ? ; Puis-je ouvrir la fenêtre ?). Par conséquent, j'aurai mieux entendu do we shoot her down.

Mais l'ensemble reste très crédible. Ça aurait sa place dans un dialogue de Tarantino

Turns ! Bon sang mais c'est biensur. Tellement évident dans ma tête que je n'avais pas du tout vu après relecture.
Dans ce dialogue "Shall we" c'était pour l'idée d'un futur hypothétique, mais encore une fois je suis loin d'être aussi calé en expression qu'en compréhension.
